Reservation Policy (Ottawa)

Length Of Stay: A strict 2-night minimum applies to all Corporate Stays buildings. Some specific locations such as 199 Slater Street are subject to a 30 nights minimum. Daily Square and York Street are subject to a 4 months minimum. Claridge Plaza and Tribeca are subject to a 6 months minimum.

Smoking Policy: All of our apartments have a strict smoke-free policy and are subject to a $500 penalty fee. Balconies are also smoke-free.

Check-in/Check-out: Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Arrival instructions will be provided in a separate email.

Billing: A valid credit card is always required to confirm any bookings

The initial payment covers the first 30 nights of the reservation. Rent is payable on the first day of every month with the agreed payment method.

Methods Of Payment: Visa, master card, discover and amex. Debit/credit cards are not accepted. No cash payments are accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.

Cancellation/ Notice to Vacate Policy

Reservations may be cancelled and will be fully refunded by the method of payment on file subject to the following conditions:

For any booking of 2 nights till 29 nights with the building at 50 Laurier Avenue East, 169 Lisgar Street,199 Slater Street and 88 Rue Dollard-des Ormeaux, Corporate Stays must be notified in writing within fifteen (15) days of any reservation cancellation. There will be a penalty equivalent to the full stay for any cancellations given without said notice.

For any booking of 30 nights and more with the building at 50 Laurier Avenue East, 169 Lisgar Street,199 Slater Street and 88 Rue Dollard-des Ormeaux, Corporate Stays must be notified in writing within thirty (30) days of any reservation cancellation. There will be a thirty (30) days penalty for any cancellations given without said notice.

For early termination of reservation, rates will be adjusted based on length of stay and Guest(s) will be responsible to pay the difference between the rates, if applicable. Corporate Stays guarantees location and apartment types only.

For any booking of 4 months and more with the building at 179 Metcalfe Street,179 George Street, 456 King Edward Street and 134 York Street, Corporate Stays must be notified in writing within thirty (30) days of any reservation cancellation. There will be a penalty equivalent to the full stay for any cancellations given without said notice.

For any booking of 6 months and more, Corporate Stays must be notified in writing within thirty (30) days of any reservation cancellation. There will be a penalty equivalent to the full stay for any cancellations given without said notice.

Please note that any reservation can be extended with a notice of 14 days.

Any modifications are subject to availability. Above mentioned daily rates are based on the specified check-in and check-out dates. Should these change, Corporate Stays holds the right to retroactively adjust the daily rate to match the new check-in and check-out dates, and length of stay. No shows are treated as cancellations.

Damages: Any damages that occur during the stay will be debited on the credit card on file.

Pets: All bookings with pets are subject to a one-time pet fee. Pet fee varies by length of stay. Please note that not all buildings accept pets.
