Reservation Policy (Edmonton)

Length Of Stay: A strict 7 nights minimum applies to all Corporate Stays buildings.

Smoking Policy: All of our apartments have a strict smoke-free policy and are subject to a $1000 penalty fee.

Check-in/Check-out: Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Arrival instructions will be provided in a separate email.

Billing: A valid credit card is always required to confirm any bookings

The initial payment covers the first 30 nights of the reservation or the full stay if the booking is for less than 30 nights. Rent is payable on the first day of every month with the agreed payment method.

Methods Of Payment: Visa, master card, discover and amex. Debit/credit cards are not accepted. No cash payments are accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.

Cancellation/ Notice to Vacate Policy:

As of March 16, 2020, all new reservations made between March 16th-April 14th, 2020 are fully refundable. Cancellation notice must be given 72 hours prior to arrival date.

As of April 15, 2020, all new cancellations made within less than 30 days of your scheduled stay will be refunded in credits to be applied to future stays at any Signature Collection location.

*Credits can be used towards future reservations in any Signature Collection location within 1 year since the effective date of cancellation.

For any booking of 7 nights till 29 nights, Corporate Stays must be notified in writing within more than 14 days prior to arrival to be fully refundable. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be fully charged up to a maximum of 14 nights.

Arrival and Departure dates are automatically confirmed for bookings less than 30 nights.

For any booking of 1 month and more, Corporate Stays must be notified in writing within more than 30 days prior to arrival to be fully refundable. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be subject to one-month rent penalty.

Any modifications are subject to availability. Rates are based on the specified check-in and check-out dates. Should these change, Corporate Stays holds the right to retroactively adjust the daily rate to match the new check-in and check-out dates, and length of stay. No shows are treated as cancellations.

Damages: Any damages that occur during the stay will be debited on the credit card on file.

Pets: All bookings with pets are subject to a one-time 350$ (plus taxes) pet fee. Please note, that only pets under 40lb will be accepted and not all units and buildings are pet friendly. Pet friendly units are subject to availability and need to be requested.
