The cool new app allows you to easily search our awesome apartments in cities across North and Central America, make enquiries and bookings, and contact the team, any time. A unique feature, the executive concierge tab, offers easy browsing and booking of special services such as airport shuttle, city tours, dry cleaning, spas, and delivery services. We think guests will find the ‘Guest Services’ features especially useful, as it will allow them to immediately contact a team of more than 10 Guest Services and Executive Concierge staff for any issues or questions they may have during their stay, 7 days a week – it’s basically like having an on-call butler. Yup, welcome to luxury in the digital age.
