So, many of you will know us from our luxurious apartments in Montreal and our fab studios in South Beach Miami, but our newest love (sorry North America) is Panama! We’re expanding exverything down there – our team, our office, and our properties, because this tropical little city is now a major hub of business and tourism and well, if the demand is there, then we’re gonna meet it!
So why are we hiring for so many local positions in Panama? Well, aside from the boom in business there, we’ve found that Panamanians are really great employees, committed to their jobs and their team, which is important, because our CorporateStays.com team is like an extended family.
In the past few months, we hired a HR manager, executive concierge, and marketing specialist, and coming up, we’ll be looking for five reservations specialists, one community manager, one personal assistant to the CEO, a maintenance technician, and an account executive. Phew! The people we’re looking for are those who think outside the box, who are seriously motivated, and who are more than just their qualifications (we love personality, independent thinkers, and people with big ideas).
In return, we offer a great office environment in the World Trade Centre, casual dress code, free breakfast every monday, company t-shirts, monthly birthday parties, and, of course, a competitive salary. We are also working on securing life and health insurance for our employees. Office hours for most positions are Mon-Fri 9-6pm (with one hour paid lunch), and at present we are only hiring Panamanian residents who speak Spanish and English.
