New Cancellation Policy for COVID-19

Dear Valued Guest,  

To ensure the health and safety of all our guests during these uncertain times, Corporate Stays’ has established the following COVID-19 policies to assist you with your stay. 

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATES

As of April 15, 2020, all new cancellations made less than 30 days from your scheduled date of arrival will be refunded in the form of credit. It can be applied to any future stays at our Signature Collection locations. Guests have 1 year from the date of cancellation to use their credit. 

We kindly ask guests to review their travel insurance policy prior to contacting Corporate Stays. We will provide the difference between the cost of your stay and insurance coverage in the form of credits.  

If you booked your stay through another website or one of our partners, please reach out to them directly. We will honour their COVID-19 cancellation policy.

*Any changes to existing reservations remain subject to availability and rate variances. 

APARTMENTS FOR SELF-QUARANTINE

To assist travellers in following mandatory quarantine requirements for all travellers returning from international destinations, Corporate Stays has dedicated apartments for self-isolation.

These suites are offered at a 50% discount for 14 days. Corporate Stays offers apartments with keyless access, food delivery services, and ensure full compliance with federal self-isolation requirements. As an additional preventive measure, these units will be placed out of service for 14 days after the guest’s departure.

24/7  GUEST SUPPORT

Corporate Stays continues to provide 24/7  guest support to assist with specific needs and concerns while adhering to public health guidelines.  

Many building amenities are currently closed due to local public health requirements. Therefore, building access restrictions remain in place.

Please reach out to us for confirmation of available amenities. Additionally, we can clarify specific building restrictions and requirements including mandatory mask policies.   

Please note: 

Our guest services team will have limited access to apartments. Bi-weekly cleaning services have been cancelled in certain cities across Canada until January 31st, 2021.  

Given the current regulations implemented by the government, unit access is only permitted for essential maintenance and repairs that are approved by building management and local government.  Guests are requested to follow social distancing measures while emergency repairs are completed.  

CONTINUED DUTIFUL ACTION

Corporate Stays will act swiftly and accordingly when any additional notice is given on this evolving situation. We will continue to update our policies and actions, in line with local official guidance.
