Dear Valued Guest,  

With the aim of facilitating your travel plans due to the impact of COVID-19, Corporate Stays has established a flexible cancellation policy.


For all existing reservations, Corporate Stays will provide credits for the full value of the booking on cancellations made 72 hours before arrival, no questions asked, as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 7, 2020.

Credits can be used towards future reservations in any Signature Collection and have no expiration date.

Starting March 16, 2020, all new reservations for stay dates between March 16 – April 30th, 2020 are fully refundable, with 72 hours notice before arrival date.

*If you booked your stay on other websites, please reach out to them directly and we will honor their COVID-19 updated cancellation policy.
*Keep in mind that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and rate differences. 


Following Quebec’s Premier self-isolation measures for all travelers returning from a trip abroad, Corporate Stays is dedicating some of its apartments for self-quarantine needs for those who requested self-isolation and keep their family safe and sound.

These apartments are offered at a 50% discount for 14 days. With keyless access and food delivery services, these units offer full compliance with self-isolation requirements. As a preventive measure, these apartments will be blocked 14 days after the guest’s departure to ensure full cleaning and disinfection.



Corporate Stays continues to provide 24/7 guest support, attending to the direct and evolving needs, concerns, and questions of each of our guests throughout their stay.



Corporate Stays will swiftly act accordingly when any additional notice is given on this evolving situation. We will continue to update our policies and actions, in line with official guidance.
