Length Of Stay: A strict 30 nights minimum applies to all Corporate Stays buildings. Except for One Pacific which is subject to a 60 nights minimum.
Smoking Policy: All of our apartments have a strict smoke-free policy and are subject to a $1000 penalty fee.
Check-in/Check-out: Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Arrival instructions will be provided in a separate email.
Billing: A valid credit card is always required to confirm any bookings
The initial payment covers the first 30 nights of the reservation. Rent is payable on the first day of every month with the agreed payment method.
Methods Of Payment: Visa, master card, discover and amex. Debit/credit cards are not accepted. No cash payments are accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation/ Notice to Vacate Policy: Reservations may be cancelled and will be fully refunded by the method of payment on file for stays over 30 nights. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be subject to one-month rent penalty.
Any modifications are subject to availability. Above mentioned daily rates are based on the specified check-in and check-out dates. Should these change, Corporate Stays holds the right to retroactively adjust the daily rate to match the new check-in and check-out dates, and length of stay. No shows are treated as cancellations.
Notice to vacate must be provided in writing 14 days before departure date, failure to which there will be a 14-day charge.
Extension confirmation must be provided in writing 14 days before departure, otherwise, the extension will be subject to availability.
Damages: Any damages that occur during the stay will be debited on the credit card on file.
Pets: All bookings with pets are subject to a one-time 350$ (plus taxes) pet fee. Please note, that only pets under 40lb will be accepted and not all units and buildings are pet friendly. Pet friendly units are subject to availability and need to be requested.
