"Hi, the unit was extremely hot on arrival. The oven was on a self-clean cycle and it was 85 (over 29 Celsius) degrees with no air conditioning. Since it was basically the same temperature outside, it was very hard to cool down the unit for our WHOLE stay! A high placed executive would not have stayed. A portable A/C unit should really be purchased for the unit. Also the screens for the windows were not installed and extremely dirty when I found them; also, I could not close the windows at night (because of street noise) with the screens installed so we needed to take them off again... 2 out of the 3 windows were difficult (almost impossible to open)."

"It was wonderful to have a place of our own in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of everything we wanted, and the price was comparable (and better in some cases) than staying at a hotel -- plus the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the apartment. They provided dish soap, soap pods for the washing machine, plenty of towels, all necessary dishes and utensils, and free wifi. The shower/tub was large, with nice water pressure and lots of hot water. We even had a lovely view of the park across the street through the huge front windows in the living room. It was a perfect place for a getaway! Oh, did I mention that there's a delicious pizza place right downstairs??"

"had excellent customer services, in particular, from a young chap called Boris - always on hand with good advice and tried his level best to resolve any issues promptly - I am returning for another long stay on the 9th August and hope by then, however, that a blind in the sitting room will have been replaced by then as this would be a huge criticism; logged the blind as an issue and your team got onto maintenance, but in the 5 weeks I stayed there the blind remained broken. Hopefully, when I return, it will have been replaced!!"

"So far property locations are great and clean. Was very disappointed trying to get directions to either pick up keys or codes for 343 St-Paul in Quebec City. We only got on email about 5:00 pm on the day we arrived and were waiting outside property for at least 15 minutes to get thru to someone. Also the internet did not work and accessing another room's internet was extremely slow. We could only really use internet by going to a nearby restaurant."

"I booked after being told the bed was king sized and the floors were hardwood...in fact the bed was queen (or double...definitely not King) and the entire apartment was wall to wall carpeting...although the carpet was stained in areas that didn't bother me. The situation is a little annoying because we were specifically told king bed and wood floors. We travel to Ottawa very often and have been trying different rental types and are hoping to find a company we can always use. Overall the apartment was in good shape. Could use another spot to sit in living room plus an ottoman or coffee table would have been nice. Sheets were clean Plenty of towelvery little bathroom soap for 2 ppl for 3 nights but that was fine too No fish liquid so had to use a lot of dishes as there was no way to wash them except for dishwasher which was filled by today. A few personal touches would have been nice in the unit we had, not much warm or charm or character, I little cold. On that note the a/c worked well The balcony was nice enough And the location is"

"Check in wasn't great as I was recommended/told to pick up my keys at a different property and that delayed my check in by an hour by waiting for someone to meet me at the unit. . Iron was missing from the unit which was delivers promptly the next day. Check out was odd as I had till 11am to check out but cleaners entered my unit prior to 1030am without notice or notifing me and then waited outside for me to finish packing when I arrived at around 1030. Overall unit was small but fine with just the small details being a bit cumbersome. Asked by email to obtain full invoice which showes balance paid in full (requirement to be reimbursed by employer) but has not arrived yet."

It's great that there was a coffee maker, but a few complimentary coffees would have been appreciated - we had no way of knowing what kind of coffees to bring - Keurig, ground, coffee filters, etc. Having some tea bags and some water bottles would have been a nice touch. There was no ice cube tray in the freezer, and the towels were very thin. We also had trouble with the doors in unit 315 - the door to the main bedroom would not close properly and would open by itself. The concierge at the front was extremely nice and professional. Everything was explained at check-in and he always opened the door for us, with a smile. Lots of drawer space and extra towels were much appreciated. Overall, very good impression."

For the prices of the this particular unit, i would suggest upgrading to a better TV. And it was unfortunate that the Ikea TV stand fell apart on its own on two occasions, however, Nicolas was there to fix asap!"

"The apartment at 343 Rue St Paul in Quebec City needs to be thoroughly cleaned. One of the floor fans and all the fake plants were covered in dirt and dust. Fake plants have to go. They take up room, get in the way and are dirty. Living room requires window coverings for privacy. Need to provide extra towels and pillows. Need to do a maintenance check on the unit along with cleaning after each stay. Our cable did not work for the whole duration of our stay nor was it fixed after we reported the problem. Need to stock basic items such as salt, pepper and sugar as well as detergent. If you are advertising through VRBO, that's usually provided for such apartments."

"The suite I occupied is not suitable as a corporate suite. Gym next door is noisy. Furnishings are sparse and uncomfortable relative to price unpaid. Towels and linens were substandard. The service fee added to the bill was also a surprise. There were a lot of service issues with my suite as well."

"Alejandro went out of his way to make sure our needs were met and kept in regular communication with me pre and post booking. There was an issue initially with the parking as the unit we stayed in did not have an assigned parking spot (even though I specifically requested that as a criteria with AirBnb). Alejandro went out of his way to rectify this situation for us. Two of the walls in the unit were badly stained (one in the bathroom) and maintenance actually came in and repainted those walls. (You might want to consider using a better quality washable paint though so that tenants can wipe spills off the walls). I wish you had more spaces available in Toronto and I also wish you had short-term rentals in Toronto. I would definitely use Corporate Stays again."

"I've always been used to using a hotel or a motel when travelling. As a parent with a child who competes at a high level, I'm now required to travel more and managing costs is important. When this option showed up on Trivago, it looked too good to be true but I thought it was worth a shot. Glad I took the chance. The apartment was clean and had a modern look. We had everything we needed from dish cleaning supplies to towels and toiletries (unexpected but a great touch). Being able to cook our own meals and relax in more of a home/condo setting was awesome. While being in a hotel and having maid and room service is a nice perk, it doesn't define a great stay. Plus for the cost to have those services, this option was way more cost effective. The location of 50 Laurier was perfect because it's right beside the Rideau Canal and walking distance to everything in the heart of Ottawa. Our contact on-site, Angele was prompt professional and pleasant. The security staff were great to us as well. I will definitely look at this option again regardless of the purpose of travel."

"There was very loud construction going out right outside my window until 11pm or midnight every night. Had I known about this ahead of time, I may have booked elsewhere. I was in town for a 2-day exam, and the noise impeded both my sleep and my studying. Also, I found the four pillows to be much too soft (and used a cushion instead). Having a selection of pillows with different levels of firmness would be ideal."

"I was only told that I had to check in at a different location on the morning that I was supposed to arrive. Because I was doing late checkin, I had to arrange that. I replied with my CC and ID information around 1:48 pm. I did not receive any instructions by 7:30 pm (30 mins before office closing time), so I had to make a roaming phone call, which no one answered, and I had to leave a message asking about how to do late check in. Very stressful experience, as I do not have data on my phone, so difficult to receive emails and look up directions unless I'm at a place with wifi. Please give more advance notice of different check in location, and please have faster response times!!"

"On the day I checked in I had difficulty getting through the main door. The code provided to me didn't work. There were no other instructions as to how they should be used, even for the keys in the elevator, etc. I had to figure it out on my own. I checked in Sunday and there was no one I could ask for help from. Lis was able to get back to me after a few minutes, but a more comprehensive "welcome packet" would be nice. FYI, there's also another family I met at the elevator. They couldn't figure out how to work the keys in the elevator, too. Again, this is an easy fix that can easily wow your next customers."

"There was no staff since it was weekend. I sent an email at help@cor.....upon our arrival on Friday late afternoon because there was nothing in the kitchen like dish soap, kitchen towel, dishtowel and nothing to wipe counters or table after eating. This is what unpleasant since we mostly ate at the apartment. The rest was satisfying but there were no linen in the bed just the big couette that was way to hot to sleep with just that. If this was corrected, I would gladly go back. Also, if there is construction on the side of the apartment that is designated, we should be informed beforehand since we took a weekend away from home to relax away from the kids and we were awaken at 6:30 saturday and sunday morning because of workers outside. thank you"

"Inform clients when construction is present during their stay. There was tremendous noise the entire stay which went overnight and was extremely loud right outside our apartment. It also took up 3 hours of our time trying to locate the building as roads were blocked off and we were not aware of this before hand. This caused a lot of stress finding parking and checking in."

In the end, we couldn't check in to our CStay apartment, but one of the representatives reimbursed for staying one night at the Hilton. After that first night- it was fantastic. I got a great price. "Cleaners were better this stay than last, at least they showed up every two weeks even if not always on the day they were supposed to, the cleaning was inconsistent. My biggest complaint was that when I asked for a lighter blanket for the bed I was brought an unwashed lumpy and very old comforter that smelled of unwashed body. It was so disgusting that I had to wash it just to put it away in the closet, as the suite stank of it. When I asked for storage for the bathroom I was brought something for the shower within a couple of days to put toiletries onto rather than the floor. There was nowhere to put anything except towels. And to get a small cabinet took a couple of weeks, I would also suggest that a hook is put up to hang a robe or towel as well as when I put the toweling robe on my bed in the morning I was told the bed wasn't made because of personal items on it. Overall the suite was comfortable, nice bed, sufficient equipment in kitchen, seemed to be better organized than last stay in that way. There is a baking tray supplied with the suite however that is too large to fit in the oven."

"Well, I stayed in Room 808. As much as I can appreciate the industrial look and feel of the room, I would have liked a little bit of warmth in the way of a throw carpet here and there. Some suggestions for room 808: *add a little counter to the left of the sink in order for one to have a few items left out. *For me the sink was too small - difficult to wash up, brush ones teeth, without leaving water everywhere. *When you are going downstairs from the bedroom, it is very dark with the grey steps. You may want to add a railing on the right hand wall for the first few steps, or add some light. I am afraid someone is going to take a tumble. One last suggestion, if you have not done this already, is to have your staff stay overnight in the rooms and utilize the shower/bathroom as they would on a normal working day. When I arrived around 9pm, the lock box password wasn't working. They had giving me the wrong one. Finally when I got the package, the remote for the garage wasn't working. I had to call to get support once again. The lady that came to assist was truly sweet and helped me but giving me an other remote. Just the inconvinience in having to wait 15 mins for her to arrive after a long day at work and drive. Finally when I was able to enter the parking lot, I had to be extremely careful because I've never seen such a small parking lot. I had to do 3 points turns at every turn and I was on P4. You can imagine my frustration at this point. Finally i get to my parking and someone else was using it. I called once again to get assistance but got the voicemail. I left a message but never heard back from anyone. I have to admit, it wasn't one of my best experiences that weekend"

"Thank you for the opportunity to comment on our stay at Le 400. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay and the service received. The building location is excellent, close to Place des arts and several other venues we were visiting. The apartment, although rather dark and with no view, is comfortable and relatively well furnished. The pool and gym are nice. There are a few things that could improve your clients’ stay:  Since there are no towels at the pool, there should be more than 2 towels in the condo so that some be used for that purpose.  I would be nice to have some basic items in the condo such as salt and pepper, coffee filters, kleenex, salad bowl, oven mitt, rags to wipe the countertop. We ourselves own a condo in Florida that we rent regularly and our clients are provided with these items.  The sound of the TV is real bad.  The phone did not work.  The heating-cooling system is very noisy. When the fan starts, we had to increase the volume of the TV by 5 degrees. Two other things.  The toilet tank was not working properly. We notified your office and it was repaired promptly. It broke a second time and then it took more than 24 hours to be repaired (it was during the week, not the week-end).  The building does not have automatic doors for handicapped people. Living in Ontario, we were very surprised by this since all buildings must have this type of system in our province. Michel Bilodeau"

Then they had the wrong key, so we had to walk from building to building around Montreal, looking for the right building. The remote control for the TV was confusing; there were 3 different remotes, The on/off and volume function didn't work. Later the remote stopped working completely. I called in to customer service to ask for help with the remote, and they put me through to a voice mail, and no one called me back. I called again and got voice mail. I realize you are not a 'hotel', but you are a hotel alternative, and as abusiness traveller I compare you to a hotel. Finally, there was confusion about whether the credit card I reserved the room with was to be charged, or the card I submitted on check in. I was told my check in card was going to be charged, but then they charged my reservation card, which I had to verify was a correct charge. So, for $300 per night, I think it was a fairly inadequate guest experience."

It was a bit stressful because I want to make sure there is still availability at the location I prefer. I stayed at RUBIC on René-Lévesque in Montreal. I think it's quite a new building. I'm totally not complaining as the location and set up was perfect for me. But just so you know, the floor was still very dusty (probably due to the new construction....) and there's a very annoying white noise from either ventilation or the building itself. I'm letting you know so you can maybe have a look into those details. Again, this isn't a complain. This is for you to know so you can adjust. One staff staff member in particular (Giulia Soro) wrote me an email which was appallingly rude and condescending in tone and which I thought was an unacceptable way to deal with the problem (particularly given I had already provided corrected credit card details to Booking.com). You need to send that individual on some remedial customer service training as it was a big letdown on an otherwise excellent product that you offer."

I would like to suggest that a better fan, or additional fans, be provided during the summer weeks. The one fan was not enough and we were uncomfortably hot the entire time, particularly when trying to sleep. We had to keep the windows open at night for the cool breeze and the traffic noise was very bad because of it. Also, a small dresser would have been nice. We stayed 10 days and would have liked some drawer space. One other minor thing while I am at it, the windows were extremely dirty. They can be easily cleaned when opened, but they obviously had not been cleaned in quite some time. Having said all that we would definitely stay there again, but not during the summer. As a longer term client, I find it unusual and odd that the cleaning staff only do a 'light cleaning' - they don`t vacuum and do a poor job of cleaning the bathroom. When I moved in, there was regular digital cable TV on an HD TV which was atrocious. I had to negotiate hard to get HD TV in an 'Executive Suite' and I still only get basic cable! The windows on the balcony haven't been cleaned since I moved in (Feb 2016). However, I have noticed a difference since Rebecca Farr took over. She's had the place painted, a broken closet fixed and the peeling wallpaper re-glued - thank you!"

Two things about the bathtub: 1) It could have used a good scrub though it was clean; it felt a bit slippery (oily); 2) The drain stopper needs a new seal or a new stopper altogether. The water did not drain well at all until I took it off. It was only then that it all worked well. The wash basin didn't drain well either. "Little things in the apartment could use some repair. The towel rack was broken in the ensuite bathroom and the light switch plate was broken, not a big deal but simple to fix to give a better visual appeal. The bed broke on us two separate times just by sitting on it, we had to fix it so that we could sleep in it. Maybe have your team make sure that the slats on the bed that hold the mattress are correctly placed on the frame so that the mattress doesn't collapse. We spent the rest of the weekend worried about moving in be and having it happen again. Other than that, the building is lovely and a perfect location to get to everything."

"Check the unit to see if repairs are needed. The hinge on the cabinet beneath the sink was broken when we arrived so we were not able to access its contents during our stay. One of the bedroom lamps was broken and another was missing a light bulb. Also, if a staff member who has been working with a client on transportation arrangements or other matters is not going to be receiving email or phone calls, a voice mail message giving information about whom to call would be helpful. Our transportation to the airport was not arranged although we had been informed by email that it had been taken care of. Your on-duty staff did take care of it at the last minute,, but we spent time trying to contact Nathalia with no information that she was no longer available."

"I absolutely love Corporate Stays! Yes my Mother works in your Montreal Office so I am bias, but that aside I have always had a fantastic experience when I stay in one of your luxury apartments. I must however say that my last visit to Ottawa this past weekend for our race although the location was absolutely perfect (right beside out race start and finish which was really priceless) we noticed a few things in the apartment that were a tad off. There were hairs in the bathroom counter and shower, no shower mat or floor towel to avoid water everywhere after a shower (also I would recommend perhaps a plastic liner in the shower since there seemed to be water damage on the baseboards from years of water infiltration). The biggest thing I could flag is the lack of a mattress cover..I always try and help before leaving an apartment by cleaning up and removing all the linen from the beds to help the cleaning team and gathering and folding all towels so that is all ready for them to replace for the next client. That is when my husband and I noticed there was no mattress cover and let us just say what we discovered under the sheet was pretty awful (holes in the mattress and tons of stains...I rather not think about that..lol). Also the couch on the living room when we sat on it caved right down ans had a few stains. I only point all these things out because I know my Mother takes her job to heart and really cares about Corporate Stays and the way the apartments are presented. My husband and I were incredibly happy to be in Ottawa and were beyond grateful we were able to get an apartment as well (we do this race every year) with Corporate Stays because we know you are very booked. Everything else was great from the e-mail verifying when we would arrive to the incredibly friendly staff at the security desk. Thank you again for making our race weekend a memorable one, we look forward to this weekend every year!"

Then they asked for my address. I didn't receive information on how to check in after hours until the day of as well. If you can streamline your payment and process to communicate with guests ahead of time, then you will be a 10/10 place to stay!! Very clean, bright and welcoming. "You need to having better maintenance of your properties. You need to fix issues before the client arrives. And if there is an issue and one of a dangerous nature it should have been fixed early on in the stay. Our issue was a lower cabinet door was missing and there were sharp edges exposed. We had a toddler and thus we were worried for his safety. This issue was never fixed and we had to keep our son away from the kitchen for an entire 30 day stay. I was given a $150.00 credit for our next. I am still not happy about the amount or the lack of service."

When you send out the email with directions to check in, providing information regarding where to park at the check in, a small map from the check in to the apartments, and clear instructions regarding parking during the stay would be very helpful. We were initially told that there was a parking garage right next to the apartments, but then it became clear we needed to prepay, so we wound up parking on the street for the night, and spent additional time dealing with that the day after we checked in. 2. It's a small thing, but the bathroom is very clearly designed for a tall man. I didn't even consider packing a makeup mirror because generally in a bathroom I can get close enough to the mirror to see and apply, or there is another mirror accessible somewhere else in the room. Potentially attaching a small magnifying mirror somewhere in the bathroom might provide a nice service to your female guests."

"To respond when a eventual customer try to book a week-end even though he is with a coupon company like Tuango. If my girlfriend didnt call and insist to talk to someone we would have not go our trip to Montreal. I chat with someone and he told me that he would call me or write to me....But no call or E-mail. No news at all . The phonenumber that was written on your site for the reservation was not answering. We passed by an another number to finally reach the responsible who told us that she was so busy and that anyway she didnt have nothing for us. Finally, with persuasion and patience , we paid a 50$ supplement for a stay in a appartment in Monytreal. So maybe, if youre passing by a company like Tuango, expect to have a lot of evental customers and its better to be prepared and trait them like as nicely as the others ...Maybe the demand was too strong but you have to be ready for that.Bref, we would have like to have a quicker respond from you about our reservation."

"Well we found everything that we needed when we arrived, but the only thing I would suggest is that upon arrival people should understand better that it isn't quite like a Hotel with a front desk but that someone will come and meet you with a key. When we arrived this man in the lobby talk to us like we had no business being there and we thought that we had been scammed by groupon. This was our second trip with groupon and our first was really a great experience so we expected the same for the next. Truthfully for what we paid we were really happy. We have stayed in other Hotels, and AirB&B and this, except for the beginning, was great. Thanks very much!"

"The inspections of the buildings. Because, with us the dryer and iron where not working, there was no mop with bucket to mop the floor, one of the toilets was not working good, some of the light did not turn on. I also thing that the conditioning units needs to be serviced. After asking for the first to things we got an mop, without bucket so still difficult to mop, an iron with an loose contact and the dryer bottom was still not working, it stayed on one place. So these are minor problems, but they need to be in order."
