"Flexible move in and move out dates, easily changeable, with monthly and daily rates that make sense. Parking, which is essential, was easily included, but we had some real problems with the assigned parking space being claimed by another tenant. Resolving this took weeks, because of the building management. Your staff was helpful and ultimately resolved it, but we lost a lot of time. What really made Corporatestays a recommendable experience was the cheerful, competent, responsive team led by Rebecca Narr. Thanks to her and her team for a great experience."

"improve relationships with the condo buildings in which you work. The staff and some neighbours clearly resented corporate stays and nasty remarks were heard throughout my 2.5 months from at least 6 people."

"I`m supposed to get cleaning every 2 weeks. At least every other time, I have to call to advise they haven`t been in. As a longer term client, I find it unusual and odd that the cleaning staff only do a 'light cleaning' - they don`t vacuum and do a poor job of cleaning the bathroom. When I moved in, there was regular digital cable TV on an HD TV which was atrocious. I had to negotiate hard to get HD TV in an 'Executive Suite' and I still only get basic cable! The windows on the balcony haven't been cleaned since I moved in (Feb 2016). However, I have noticed a difference since Rebecca Farr took over. She's had the place painted, a broken closet fixed and the peeling wallpaper re-glued - thank you!"

For room 804, 242 Rideau: No hand soap was provided, the curtains didn't cover the windows (way too small for both main room and bedroom), there are no lights in bedroom, bathroom door doesn't shut completely, the units were extremely nice, but those were a few small things I wanted to pass along in order to improve the customer experience."

"The service was great, Jennifer was amazing but the condo itself needed a bit of improvement. The bathroom door wouldn't latch closed, the lighting in the bathroom was very dim, the patio screen door kept coming off it's tracks and a few light bulbs were out. The place itself was very clean and modern!"

"Well we found everything that we needed when we arrived, but the only thing I would suggest is that upon arrival people should understand better that it isn't quite like a Hotel with a front desk but that someone will come and meet you with a key. When we arrived this man in the lobby talk to us like we had no business being there and we thought that we had been scammed by groupon. This was our second trip with groupon and our first was really a great experience so we expected the same for the next. Truthfully for what we paid we were really happy. We have stayed in other Hotels, and AirB&B and this, except for the beginning, was great. Thanks very much!"

"Check showers. They are very noisy, and cleaning staff should check lint in dryer. That wasn't working at all until we removed the lint. Also, stock kitchen with a few more items like oven mitts , more kitchen towels and paper towels. Same with bathroom...ran out of toilet paper."

"I found your operation through Airbnb, and quickly realized it was not the usual Airbnb. The apartment was fine, but lacked the "personal" touches of airbnb -- basic materials for kitchen and bath, for example. My concern was lessened because I knew your contact, Jennifer Stanton, very well. And I will probably use your organization again, because of Jenifer. But I am not sure it is a good idea to call this an airbnb."

"We had some problems with the TV and cable. Perhaps just checking when cleaning the room when customers leave. We felt it was not an "urgent" matter, at least not enough to justify calling the emergency number yet, it was a shame we could not use the TV before the next day."

"More communication and everything would have been perfect. There were two weeks where the cleaning lady didn't show up on the day she was suppose to, and again the next day and again the next. I had to inquire.... Then the last week she was suppose to come and again I was waiting and by the Wednesday she still hadn't showed up (usually came Mondays) and I was leaving on the Friday anyway. It would have been respectful to advise that she was detained or not coming especially when it is a service I paid for - and was entertaining on evenings where I was expecting a cleaning and didn't receive one."
